The action was a little over the top, and it does push the boundaries, but that was okay. The book information does say that it's pulp action adventure, so you know what you're in for.There is an underlying story that gives the characters meaning and purpose. It does take a few chapters to come through, but it's worth getting through to that point to fully understand the motivations of Manley and the Warlord.

Jack Manley and the Warlord of Infinity eBook Nathan Mahney Reviews
I had great fun reading "Jack Manley", even with laugh out loud moments, which is rare for me. The characters are quite strong & the adventure scenes fresh, but my favourite aspect would have to be the dialogue; it is cracking, really reminiscent of those wise guys and cool cats from the original pulp era of fiction.
A ripping yarn!
